Château du Sureau will accept reservations up to one year in advance. A two-night minimum stay is required for Friday and Saturday arrival; holiday weekends may require a three-night stay as they are our busiest times. Also, holiday stays are on a full pension plan and require different rates, please inquire at time of booking. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard or, American Express.
Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full European breakfast and amenities; exclusive of a 12% gratuity and 11% room tax.
Our Estate by the Elderberries is situated in a small Sierra town - far from the maddening crowds- thus, last minute cancellations affect us greatly. Please understand, we must maintain a firm cancellation policy for non-arrival or early departure, no matter the reason.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations made more than fourteen days prior to arrival -
- we will refund your deposit, less a 10% administrative fee, or
- we can hold your payment and apply it in full towards a future booking
For cancellations made fourteen days or less prior to arrival-
- we must hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay unless a new guest takes your room.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Your stay unfolds at 3:00 p.m. and comes to a close at 12:00 noon on your departure date. Should you need to arrive early or depart late, special arrangements may be possible if made in advance.
WE WELCOME YOUR PET 
Sophie, a beautiful Coton is our owner’s treasure and we would be delighted to welcome your four legged family member under 15 lbs to join you during your stay at Chateau du Sureau.
Please know there is a $85.00 non refundable deep cleaning fee to ensure future guests with allergies will be unaffected. |
