Join us for the Spring 3-day Cooking Class in Erna’s kitchen! You will begin each day at 9am with instruction from Executive Chef Jonathon Perkins and Team – 8-hours of instruction followed by lunch served at 1:00 pm then it’s back to the kitchen for the final preparations of evening’s dinner. Upon your arrival in the morning Chef will provide crisp Chefs coats, daily menu, recipes and a briefing of the day. The final day Cooking Class will conclude with a wine seminar taught by the Maître d’hôtel and Wine Director, Renée-Nicole Kubin.
