Well – no more beating around the bush – It’s soon going to be harvest time at our Estate! Plan your visit to enjoy a delectable Elderberry infused menu prepared by Chef Jonathon and his culinary team.
Each August brings our traditional celebration of “An Evening in Vienna”. This event is inspired by Ms. Erna’s love of her homeland. The music of famous Viennese waltzes and the inviting aromas wafting from the Elderberry kitchen will once again fill the summer air. Of course Chef prepares this dinner with tasty fresh farm products from our Central Valley –
making it a true epicurean experience! And do not forget the fabulous Austrian wines! Serenading strolling musicians, warm summer breezes, flickering candle light under a starry sky may invite you to dance the night away. Should you be looking to celebrate a special occasion – birthday, anniversary, or perhaps are in search of pure culinary joy, the experience of “An Evening in Vienna” will present you with an enchanted evening.

Join us for the Fall 3-day Cooking Class in Erna’s kitchen! You will begin each day at 9am with instruction from the Executive Chef and Team – 8-hours of instruction followed by lunch served at 1:00 pm then it’s back to the kitchen for the final preparations of evening’s dinner. Upon your arrival in the morning Chef will provide crisp Chefs coats, daily menu, recipes and a briefing of the day. The final day Cooking Class will conclude with a wine seminar taught by the Maître d’hôtel and Wine Director, Renée-Nicole Kubin.
Fall Session: Wednesday through Friday
November 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Tuition – $1,295 per person
Inclusive of three FULL days of hands-on cooking instruction, wine seminar, daily recipe books, lunch and dinner.
Optional ONE-DAY cooking class during the 2017 Fall session – $475 per person
